All-Time Favorite Pumpkin Bread

This recipe is an all-time favorite in my family and permanent item on our Thanksgiving menu every year. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

What You'll Need

3 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking soda
4 eggs
1 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup water
1 small can of pure pumpkin

4 metal coffee cans, labels removed and cleaned for baking (regular loaf pans can be used too, but a round loaf tastes so much better in my family's opinion)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Beat all ingredients together. Grease + flour coffee cans. Fill each can to the middle rim, trying to distribute evenly.

Bake for 1 hour. Let rest for 5 minutes before removing from cans onto cooling rack. Cut and serve. 

Serve with cream cheese, or butter. (I encourage you to try it when it is still slightly warm - it is melt-in-your-mouth delicious)!
